- Boneless Chicken(cooked) - 1 cup
- Chicken stock - 1 cup
- Cornflour - 2 tbsp
- Onion(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Oil(approx 1 cup for deep frying) -
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chilly powder - 2-3 tbsp
- Celery(chopped) - 2 sticks
- Spring onion(chopped) - 2 stalks
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
For preparing batter:
- Cornflour - 3 tbsp
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 3 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Egg - 1 no

Instructions
- Mix the ingredients mentioned for preparing batter along with enough water. Batter should not be too watery.
- Add chopped onion and saute well till it becomes transparent.
- Afterwards, add soaked red chilly powder to it and stir till the oil separates from the mixture.
- Then add celery and spring onion and mix well.
- Then to it add cornflour mixed with chicken stock and stir in low flame for 5 minutes to get a thick gravy.
- Add fried chicken to this and mix well. Transfer the contents into a serving dish and garnish with fried noodles.
