Butterscotch Ice
cream

Arrowroot
biscuits
1
pack
Chocolate creme biscuit
50
g
Choco chip
100
g
Roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts
1/2
cup
Dark chocolate syrup
1/2
cup
Bitter coffee decoction
For setting:
Pudding dish
Instructions
Soak
arrowroot
biscuits in cooled coffee decoction for 30 secs.
Crush the chocolate creme biscuits and mix with the ice
cream
.
Arrange a layer of biscuits as step 1 in the pudding dish.
Top this with a layer of chocolate syrup followed by a layer of choco chip and peanuts.
Evenly spread a thick layer of ice
cream
mixture.
Repeat steps 1 to 5.
The topmost layer will be a layer of biscuits from step 1 followed by peanuts and choco chip.
Freeze this for 2 hrs or as long as the ingredients are well set and a cut slice comes off easily.
