An easy pickle with raw mango

- Raw mango - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1½ tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 2½ tsp
- Water - 1½ cups
- Curry leaves(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard and fenugreek seeds.
- Add masalas and 1½ cup water. Let it boil well.
- Add mango pieces and curry leaves.
- Let it boil till the raw mango gets well cooked.
