traditional kerala recipe - Kappa in beef curry

Ingredients
- Tapioca - 500 g
- Water(as required) -
- Salt(to taste) -
- Beef - 350 g
- Onion - 2
- Green chilly - 2
- Tomato - 1
- Curry leaves(as required) -
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Water(as required) -
- Coriander powder - 1 ½
- Grinded coconut - 1 ½
- Coconut oil(as required) -

Instructions
- Cook the tapioca with water, salt and a pinch of turmeric powder. Drain and keep it aside.
- In a pressure cooker sautT onion and green chilly in coconut oil.
- Add tomato, coriander leaves and curry leaves and sautT again.
- Mix in the garam masala, beef, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, salt and water as required. Stir well and cook it with closed lids. 3-4 whistles may be enough.
- Mix in the cooked tapioca, grinded coconut and curry leaves with the beef curry.
- Stir well and simmer in low flame for 5 minutes.
- Serve it with pickle.
