Ingredients
- Boiled bitter gourd : ½ k gm -
- Red Chilli Powder : 2 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Finely chopped onions : 2 nos -
- Finely chopped green chilli : 1 no -
- Dry mango powder : 1 tsp -
- Finely chopped Fenugreek leaves : 250 gm -
- Salt : as reqd -
- Oil : as reqd -

Instructions
- Take oil in a pan and add chopped green chilli.
- Now add chopped onions and cook till it turns pink.
- Cut the boiled bitter guard into small pieces and add to the cooked onions.
- Close the lid of the pan after adding little amount of water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Add Fenugreek leaves, salt and turmeric powder. Mix well and again cook it for 5 minutes.
- When bitter guard gets blended in the methi properly, add red chilli powder, dry mango powder and again cook for 2 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
