Ingredients
- Karimeen(medium) - 4 nos
- Onion(sliced, medium) - 1 nos
- Tomato(chopped, medium) - 1 no
- Ginger - 1" piece
- Garlic pods - 4 nos
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seeds(Perinjeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Grind together ginger, garlic, coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Apply half of the ground masala onto the fish pieces. Keep aside for 30 mins.
- Fry the above marinated fish, till half cooked.
- Remove them from the pan.
- Fry onion, curry leaves and the remaining paste, till oil separates.
- Add tomato and saute nicely.
- Add garam masala and fennel seeds along with coconut milk and 1/2 cup of water.
- Allow it to boil.
- Add half fried fish to this gravy.
- Cook on low flame for about 10 mins.
- In between, turn the fish, cover and cook.
- Add vinegar.
- Top with coconut oil.

Liked it a lot… usually i do not add tomato but only double the amt of vinegar u mentioned..this recipe is really gr8 and worth a try.. everyone just loved it
