Ingredients
- Yam(chena) - 1/2 cup
- Taro( chembu) - 1/2 cup
- Taro stem(here I didn't use, chembu thal) - 1/2 cup
- Tapioca(kappa) - 1/4 cup
- Raw banana(pacha kaya) - 1 cubed
- Small onion - 8 finely
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- green chilli - 3
- Dried red chilli - 2
- Curry leaves -
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Cut and wash all the vegetables and keep it aside.
- Pressure cook the washed vegetables with salt, turmeric,chilli powder and little water for 2 whistles.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan,splutter mustard seeds,add dried red chilli and saute it.Then add small onions along with green chillies,curry leaves and saute it well.
- Add the cooked vegetables to the pan and mix well.
- Karkadaka Puzhukk is ready.Serve hot with Kanji,pickles and pappadam.
