- brinjal chopped 2 cups -
- tomatoes chopped 2 cups -
- shallots 1 cup -
- red chillies 7 - 8 nos
- turmeric 1/2 sp -
- tamarind juice 1 sp -
- Salt to taste -

- heat pan and saute mustard,cinnamon, shallots and red chillies
- to this add brinjal
- now add curry leaves, tomatoes and salt.
- when cooked just smash it finely and serve
