Ingredients
- Cauliflower florets - 3 cups
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Onion(medium) - 1 no
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Garlic pods(optional) - 2 nos
- Water - 2 cups

Instructions
- In a vessel, boil the water and add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and add cauliflower florets. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
- Chop the onion, slit green chillies and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Into this, add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add a little water to make a paste.
- Add the florets and mix well with masala and cook for about 8 mins.
