1 cups Rice1 hand Roasted Peanuts1/2 pc Coconut5 pc Jaggery3 Cardamom1 tbsp Pure ghee Roast the rice till it turns light brown in colour. Let it cool.Melt jaggery with water as required.Mince the peanuts to fine powder.Mince the roasted rice with cardamom to fine powder in a mixer grinder.Grind the coconut and melted jaggery to make a smooth paste.Mix the minced peanuts and rice in a big bowl.Add jaggery-coconut paste and mix well with your hands quickly.Add 1 tbsp of melted pure ghee and mix well.Make small balls out of the mixture.Serve it as a snack.
