Easy, Simple and Tasty Egg Masala

  • Boil eggs, remove the shells and cut into two halves and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add aniseeds.
  • Add onions and curry leaves and saute well for sometime.
  • Add pepper.
  • Add ginger paste and saute, till the oil clears.
  • Add chilly powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Add tomato and saute for about 5 mins.
  • Add the eggs.
  • Add 1/2 - 1 cup of water and salt to taste.
  • Simmer and cook, until it boils.
  • :- Serve with chappathis.
