Kerala Easy Vegetable Fried Rice

Fried rice with vegetables and egg - Kerala Easy Vegetable Fried Rice

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Celery diced into tiny cubes
  • 1/2 cup Carrot cut into a wheat grain size
  • 1/4 cup Spring onions finely chopped
  • 10 nos Beans finely chopped
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 tbsp Oil


  • Cook rice with 4 cups of water and cool it in a flat plate.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add egg and whisk it well with a spatulla.
  • Add celery, carrot, spring onions, onions and beans.
  • Add salt, pepper powder and stir and saute for 3 mins.
  • Add cooked rice to it and stir it well and switch off the stove.
  • Garnish with spring onions.
  • :- Serve.

    great recipe!! First time i tried it the rice was a little over cooked but the second time it was great.. thanks for posting it.. everyone should try this recipe!!
