- Raw pappaya - 1 nos
- Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Onion - 4 nos
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- green chilli - 4 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds .When it splutters add red chilli and saute for a few minutes.
- Add kapalanga and saute for 2 minutes.
- Grind grated coconut,chilli powder ,cumin seeds and onionin a mixer and add to the kapalanga mix.
- Mix all together and saute for 2 minutes.Add 1 cup of water and boil until it is fully cooked.
- Now kapalanga thoran is ready to serve.
