Instructions
- spread 1 big spoon of dosa batter into heated frying pan.
- Add onions green chilly and cooked corns to the top of dosa batter.spread eventually.
- When base is golden brown turn the other side and cook well.
- now corn and onion oothapam is ready to serve.
