- Potatoes(peeled and cut into thin slices) - 1/2 kg
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 4 tsp

Instructions
- Cut potatoes into very thin slices.
- Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Mix thoroughy and keep it aside for approximately 1/2 an hour.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add the marinated potatoes into the pan.
- Add some more scoops of oil if required and stir nicely.
- Cook the potatoes on low flame with the pan closed.
- Keep stirring every 5 mins until the potatoes are evenly fried.
