Kerala Simple Tomato Curry

Heat oil in a pan.

Splutter mustard seeds and saute the curry leaves.

Add the finely chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Allow the tomatoes to boil for sometime.

When the curry turns thick, add the coriander leaves.

:- Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
