Ingredients
- Chicken - 2 pieces
- Onion(cut into small pieces) - 1 no
- Tomato(cut into small pieces) - 3 -
- Green chillies - 3 -
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder(As reqd) -
- Spice powder(As reqd) -
- Chicken masala/Garam masala(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 2-3

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onion and green chillies and saute well.
- Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, spice powder, chicken masala/garam masala and fry for sometime.
- Add tomato pieces and mix well.
- Remove from the flame and leave it for sometime.
- Grind the mixture in a mixer grinder into a paste.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the above mixture for 30 - 45 mins.
- :- Serve hot.
