- Small onions(Kunjulli) - 10 nos
- Tomato(small) - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves - 2 leaves
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Heat 1/4 tsp of coconut oil in a frying pan.
- Add small onions and fry them.
- Add chilly powder and salt and fry again for 5 seconds.
- Grind the above into a paste after allowing it to cool.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds and saute curry leaves.
- Add chopped tomatoes and fry, till it blends well.
- Add the ground paste along with a little water.
- Allow it to boil for 5 mins.
- Switch off the gas.
- Top with a little coconut oil, if desired.
- :- Serve with dosas or idlis.
