Instructions
Roast dry
red chillies
on the gas flame.
Grind together grated
coconut
, burnt chillies, small onions,
salt
,
tamarind
and
curry leaves
along with 3 tbsp of
water
into a coarse form.
:- Do not make it into a paste.
