Kerala Crab Curry

Ingredients
- Crab - 1 kg
- Button onions(Kunjulli) - 10 nos
- Green chilly - 2 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Kerala Tamarind for fish(soaked in water) - 3 -
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Coconut oil - 3 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -

Instructions
- Clean the crab, separate the legs and break the shell.
- Peel the onion and slice it.
- Peel the ginger, and crush it.
- Slice the chillies in length wise.
- In an earthen pot from Kerala or heavy bottomed pan, pour the oil.
- Splutter the mustard seeds.
- SautT sliced onion until soft.
- Reduce the heat to minimum and add the crab and the legs too and curry leaves too.
- Add green chilies, lower the heat and cover the pan.
- Cook until crabs are done.
- Remove from heat and garnish with curry leaves.
- :- Crab Curry is ready.
- :- Serve hot the crab curry.

Why i choose average, because the cooking method is not well and nothing about tamarind.
