1 kg King Fish (or any other fish)2 nos Onions (chopped)1 piece Ginger (chopped)5 nos Green chillies (slit)2 nos Tomato (chopped)2 cups Grated coconut2 tbsp Coriander powder1 tsp Red chilly powder1 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Fenugreek (Uluva)Salt (As reqd)2 tbsp OilCurry leaves for garnishing Heat 2 tbsp fo oil in a pan.Saute onion until it turns light brown. Add ginger, chilly and finally tomato and stir well until oil float on top.Grind togther grated coconut, coriander powder. red chilly powder, turmeric powder and fenugreek into a fine paste. Add this to the above mix along with enough water and salt.Bring it to boil. Add fish and cook for another 5 - 6 mins. Garnish with curry leaves. Kerala
