- Potato - 1/4 kg
- Onion - 1 cup
- Green chilly - 5
- Curry leaf - 1 bunch
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Gram masala - 1 spoon
- Coriander - 1 bunch
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 ts

- Boil the potatoes in oven for 30 minutes and peel.
- Mash these potatoes with hand.
- Heat 1 spoon of oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.when it crackle add onions.
- Then add chopped green chilly.
- Add all powders,garam masala and salt.
- Add mashed potatoes also.
- Boil for 5 minutes.Allow cooking well as potatoes and masalas mix well.
- Now Kerala style potato curry is ready to serve.
