2 nos Ripe tomato (diced into small pieces, large)1/2 tsp Asafoetida (Kaayam)Salt (As reqd)1 no Dry red chillies (Kollamulaku)2 tsp Turmeric powder1/2 tsp Chillie powder1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1/2 tsp Mustard seedsOil (As reqd)1 fresh Garlic pod (crushed) In a bowl, add the tomatoes, asafoetida, turmetic powder, salt, chillie powder and mix well.Heat oil in a frying pan.Splutter the mustard seeds and cumin seeds and saute dry red chillies and the garlic.When the red chillies turn dark in colur, add the the tomato mixture.Add water and cook on low heat till the tomato is well cooked (almost mashed up) and water is fully dried up.:- Serve with rice.
