Vegetables:-
- Carrot - 1 no
- French beans(cut them into small cubes) - 10 nos
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1 no
- Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
- Bay leaves(Karuga/Vazhana ela) - 1 big
- Ajinomotto(A pinch) -
- Cashewnuts - 5 nos
- Raisins(Onakkamunthiri) - 5 nos
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Grind onion to make a paste.
- Make a paste of green chillies and garlic separately.
- Wash the rice and let the water leave it completely.
- Fry the rice in ghee till it is light brown. Keep it aside.
- Fry cinnamon, cloves and bay leaf in a pan or a kadai.
- Fry garlic paste till the initial strong smell leaves.
- Add garam masala and fry.
- Make a puree of the tomato and fry it with the masala.
- :- If u want u can add a bit of ghee.
- Add a small bunch of coriander leaves and a bit of salt to the masala.
- Add the fried rice and the vegetables and mix them together.
- Keep the gas to sim for 2 mins.
- Take the pressure cooker and add the above contents in it.
- Cook it upto 3 whistles.
