Instructions
- Take a medium size non stick pan.
- Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in it.
- Add cashewnuts & raisins & fry for 1 min.
- Add the rava and fry again for 1 min.
- Reduce the flame completely & then add hot water, elaichi powder & food colour and keep stirring for 3-4 mins on medium flame.
- When the rava gets almost cooked, add sugar and stir again.
- :- Make sure that lumps are are not formed.
- Add the remaining ghee and stir again.
- Cover the pan and cook on reduced flame for 3 - 4 mins.
- :- Serve hot.
