- Spring chicken - 700 g
- Green chilly - 2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- Shallots - 4
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Rice flour - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Dry red chilly - 7
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(few) -

- For preparing Kethels Chicken, first take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
- Clean the chicken and drain it. Add lemon juice and salt.
- Add pepper powder and mix well. Rest it for 15 minutes.
- Grind all other ingredients into a smooth paste.
- Marinate the chicken in the grounded masala and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
- Heat oil and deep fry the chicken in low flame until cooked. Serve it with puttu, chappathi etc..
