(As reqd) –
Instructions
For preparing khus khus payasam, soak khus khus and rice separately for 10 minutes.
Grind khus khus and rice with grated
coconut
.
In a pan, boil little
water
and add the paste.
Stir well without lumps.
In another pan, mix
jaggery
and
water
.
Strain and transfer it to ground
coconut
mix.
Add boiled
milk
into it.
Season with
cardamom
powder and
coconut
pieces fried in
ghee
.
Khus khus payasam is ready.
