  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Curd - 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour(Kadalapodi) - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Oil(As reqd) -
*Spices to be powdered for garam masala:-
  • Cardamom(Elakka) - 1 no
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 6 nos
  • Aniseeds(Perinjeerakam) - 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 2" piece

Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into 8 pieces and clean well.
  2. Rub the chicken pieces with ground ingredients, gram flour, curd, lemon juice, salt and keep it aside for atleast 1 hr.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai.
  4. Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown.
  5. :- Serve hot.
