Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, ginger / garlic paste and sauté them well.

  2. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, fennel powder, Garam masala powder and stir well.

  3. Add finely chopped tomato , green chilly, curry leaves and mix them well.

  4. Add 1/2 cup of hot water , salt into the pan and mix it.When the gravy starts to boil, break each egg and pour it into the gravy . Close the pan with a lid and allow the eggs to cook well.

  5. Add coconut milk into the curry and when it starts to boil switch off the flame.
