- Oil - 2 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Dry red chilly - 4

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard.When mustard splutters add urad dal and dry red chilly saute for 2 minutes.
- Add this to idli batter.Add curry leaves, coriander leaves , salt and onion , mix all together properly.
- Heat the paniyaaram chatti.pour some oil.
- Pour idli batter in this mould up to 3/4th of mould.
- Allow to cook for few minutes.Turn to other side with fork.Let other side cook
- When paniyaarams become golden colour we can take.
- Now kuzhi paniyaaram is ready to serve.
