- Lady's finger(peeled and chopped) - 2 cups
- Onions(finely chopped) - 3 nos
- Tomato(finely chopped) - 2 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Fennel seeds(Perumjeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- Lime juice - 4 tbsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing lady's finger masala, heat coconut oil in a vessel.
- Saute onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and fennel seeds.
- Add turmeric powder, garam masala, curry leaves, coriander powder, salt and tomato. Saute well until the oil separates.
- Add in the lady's finger with very little water. Allow it to cook on low flame till done.
- Garnish with lime juice.
- Lady's finger masala fry is ready. Serve hot.
