Lamb Liver Fry

this recipe is good in taste.

  • in a bowl add lamb liver, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lime juice, salt
  • mix well and marinate for 1/2 hour
  • in a pan heat the oil and fry the lamb liver
  • allow to fry as half cooked or half boiled
  • remove the liver from oil and in the same oil temper the fennel seed, cinnamon and clove
  • now add chopped onion and saute it
  • now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, mutton masala, black pepper, curry masala and mix well
  • now add little water and allow boil
  • once it get boiled add liver and allow to get the liver boiled
  • allow the water to get complete dry and liver get mix well with the masala
  • now lamb liver fry is ready
