- Left over rice(roughly mashed) - 1 cup
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice(A little) -
- Bread crumbs(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 cup
- Green chillies(sliced) - 1 or
- Boiled and mashed Potato - 1 cup
- Garam masala powder - 1.2 tsp
- Oil(For frying) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing Leftover Rice Ambado - Cutlets, mix together all the ingredients except oil and bread crumbs.
- Roll into balls and flatten them using bread crumbs.
- In a shallow non-stick pan pour enough oil to fry Leftover Rice Ambado - Cutlets.
- Slip in the prepared ambado and cook both sides till they are crispy.
- Remove the fried Leftover Rice Ambado - Cutlets on a kitchen towel and arrange on a bed of onion, and lemon wedges.
