- Poha 1 cup -
- Lemon : 1 no -
- Salt to taste -
- Curry leaves 1 bunch -
- Green chilli : 2 -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Bengal gram : 1 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -

Instructions
- soak the poha in water for 10 mins
- take a juice from lemon and chop the green chilli
- heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, bengal gram and broken urad dal
- add lemon juice, green chilli, turmeric powder and salt
- add poha and mix well
- and allow in low flame for 3 mins
- lemon poha is ready to serve
