Ingredients
- Chicken(cubed) - 1 kg
- Lemon juice - 3 lemons
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Cashew nut paste - 70 g
- Cream - 70 g
- Curd - 150 g
- White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 6 tsp) -
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chicken Masala powder - 1 tbsp
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 tbsp
- Butter(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Mix in processed cheese, cashew nut paste, cream, curd, white pepper powder, cardamom powder, chicken masala powder, maida and oil. Allow it to marinate in this mixture for another 2 hours.
- Cook it in a tandoor, occasionally brushing it with clarified butter.
- Lemony chicken tikka is ready. Serve hot.
