  • In a wide bottom pan boil 1/2 litre water.
  • Add the macroni, stir well and ensure the macroni doent stick together.
  • Add 3 tablespoon of oil so that the macroni doesnt become sticky.
  • Add salt as required.
  • Ensure its cooked enough and neither over cooked nor half cooked.
  • Drain the macroni from the water and pour cold water immediately. :- Drain the cold water too and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onion and fry well.
  • Add Tomoto, salt, chilli powder and garam masala.
  • Once cooked, beat the eggs in the pan and scramble it.
  • Once the egg is cooked, add the previously cooked macroni.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve hot!!!
