- Rice flour : 1 cup -
- shallot 6 -
- Cumin seeds : 1 tsp -
- Coconut : 1 cup -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Take a blender and add the coconut, shallots and cumin seeds to it.
- Grind it slightly
- When it boils add the mixture of coconut to it .
- Then add the rice flour to it and mix well
- Then off the flame and close it for 5 minutes
- Then start mixing using hands before it becomes cool.
- Divide it to small dough
- Make it to small balls
- Take a ball and make it flatten by using hands .Repeat same and make pathiri with all balls
- Then heat a pan and when its hot add oil to it
- Then place pathiri in it
- cook both the sides
- Then transfer it to a casserole
- Serve hot along with beef curry or chicken curry
