- Chicken(marinate the chicken pieces in chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and deep fry it in oil) - 1/2 kg
- Onion - 3
- Tomato - 2
- Green chilly - 4
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 2 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(little) -
- Curry leaves(little) -
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(to taste) -

- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces.
- Mince the fried chicken pieces.
- Add tomato,ginger,garlic,curry leaves,coriander leaves,garam masala,salt and saute for 5 minutes in low flame.
- Add minced chicken and combine it well.
- Add pepper powder and saute for 2 minutes.turn off the flame.
- Serve it with chappati.
