- Mambayar - 200 gm
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Dry chilly - 1 no
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Water(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Soak mambayar over night.
- Cook mambayar with salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder and water as required.
- Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard in it.
- Add cooked mambayar and dry chillies.
- Cook for 8 - 10 minutes.
