  • Soak mambayar over night.
  • Cook mambayar with salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder and water as required.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard in it.
  • Add cooked mambayar and dry chillies.
  • Cook for 8 - 10 minutes.
