this is simple and easy and traditional fish curry which we cooked in mud pot. its haelthy and more tasty while we cook in mud pod and its healthy to us if we cook in pot. this fish curry i used viral/ varaal/snake fish . this curry is sauted with chettinad masala and cooked with tamarind pulp. its too good.

Ingredients
- Viral - 1 kg
- Shallots - 150 gm
- Tomato - 2
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Funnel seed - 1/2 tsp
- Bell pepper - 1 tsp
- garlic - 10 pods
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Red chili powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Curry leaves - 2 string
- Tamarind water - 1 cup
- Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp

- In pan add oil and temper jeera 1 tsp and funnel seed, pepper
- Now add red chili powder and coriander powder and saute well
- Now add coconut and curry leaves and mix well and turn off and allow to cool
- Now grind fine paste and keep aside
- In mud pot add oil and temper mustard, jeera, fenugreek and onion and curry leaves
- Now add grounded masala and mix well and cook for 5 mins
- Now wash and keep fish ready
- Now put fish in curry and close lid for 5 mins and turn off
