Ingredients

Green chillies

Grated
coconut
1/4
tsp
Turmeric powder
Salt
As reqd

tsp
Coriander powder
1
tsp
Mustard seeds

Small onions
Kunjulli
1
small
Garlic
pod
1
cup
Thick
coconut
milk
Curry leaves
A few
Instructions
Cut
mango
into small cubes.
Cut
green chillies
into fine pieces.
Grind
coconut
into a smooth paste with
mustard seeds
,
coriander powder
, small onions,
garlic
and little
water
.
Mix
mango
cubes with this paste along with
green chillies
,
salt
and
turmeric powder
.
Keep it for 1/2 hr.
Put this mix to a pan and boil until the mangoes are done.
Add
coconut
milk
.
:- Don`t allow to boil too much after adding
coconut
milk
.
Season with
mustard seeds
,
curry leaves
and
red chillies
.
Done !!! 🙂
