Ingredients
- Pineapple - 1 no
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Curd - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 2 -
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic pods(small) - 2 nos
- Salt(As reqd) -
For seasoning:-
- Mustard seeds -
- Curry leaves -
- Small onions(Kunjulli) -
- Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) -
- Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) -

Instructions
- Heat a little oil in a pan.
- Saute the green chillies and ginger.
- Add the tumeric powder, chilly powder and salt.
- While it gets cooked, grind together coconut, garlic, cumin seeds and turmeric into a fine paste.
- Add this to the cooked pineapple. Mix well.
- Allow it to boil & cool.
- Add the whipped curd.
- :- Do not boil.
- Season with mustard seeds, dry red chillies, small onions, curry leaves and fenugreek seeds.
- :- Serve Kerala Pineapple Curry with rice.
