  • 6 nos Bread slices
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • Garam masala A pinch
  • Chilly powder A pinch
  • 3 nos Egg
  • 1/2 cup Cheese grated
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing masala fried egg sandwich, heat butter in a pan.
  • Add onion, tomato and fry well.
  • Add the garam masala, chilly powder and egg.
  • Scramble it.
  • Add salt.
  • Keep the mixture in each bread slices and top with cheese. Cover with bread slice.
  • Keep it in sandwich toaster and toast it.
  • Masala fried egg sandwich is ready.
