- Garam masala(A pinch) -
- Chilly powder(A pinch) -

- Cheese(grated) - 1/2 cup

Instructions
- For preparing masala fried egg sandwich, heat butter in a pan.
- Add the garam masala, chilly powder and egg.
- Scramble it.
- Add salt.
- Keep the mixture in each bread slices and top with cheese. Cover with bread slice.
- Keep it in sandwich toaster and toast it.
- Masala fried egg sandwich is ready.
