- Semolina(Rava/Sooji) - 1 cup
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Onions(chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 1/2 of
- Capsicum(chopped) - 1/2 of
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Water - 2 cups

Instructions
- For preparing Masala Upma, heat ghee in a pan.
- Fry semolina or rava and keep it aside.
- Again heat some more oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds and when they crackle, add curry leaves, onions, green chillies, ginger and stir fry for sometime.
- Rava Upma, a delicious breakfast dish is ready. Serve with Egg Burgi.

What about the tomato & Capsicum? Unless you added them in the egg burji
Adding some kismis & cashew nut fried in ghee and some grated coconut in the end will make it more delicious
