  • For preparing mashed potato fry, first mash well the potatoes.
  • Mix chilly powder, required salt and chopped onion.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add the potato mix and fry it in low flame till it becomes dark and crispy.
  • Add curry leaves and fry it.
  • Tasty side dish for curd rice.
