- take mint leaves, green chili, small onion, ginger and garlic
- make as a paste by adding little water
- add capsicum and mix it
- add tomato and mix well
- add mint paste and mix well and allow to cook for 3 minutes in medium flame
- add red chili powder, salt, garam masala and mix it
- add boiled pasta and mix well
- allow to cook in medium flame in medium flame for 10 minutes
- mint pasta is ready to serve
