  • 2 tbsp Rajma
  • 2 tbsp Urad dal
  • 1/4 cup Rice
  • 2 tbsp Green gram
  • 2 tbsp Channa dal
  • Horse gram 1 tbsp
  • Black eyed bean 2 tbsp
  • Soy bean 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli 2
  • Salt as per taste
  • Jeera 1 tsp
  • Oil required
  • Onion 1 chopped


  • Soak dal and rice over night
  • Grind red chilli and jeera and add rice and dal mixer
  • Now grind with little water and add salt and add chopped onion
  • Now add cleaned and washed methi
  • Heat Tawa and make adai and spread oil cook both side well
  • Now its ready to serve MULTI PULSES METHI ADAI
