- Mussels - 10
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Onion - 3 large
- Green chilly - 3
- Chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(for frying) -
- Water(as required) -
- Coriander leaves(little) -

- Clean and chop the fresh mussels.
- Take sliced onion,mussels,garlic,turmeric powder,chilly powder,salt and combine it well with your hand
- Add all purpose flour,coriander leaves and water little by little and mix all the ingredients coated well with flour batter.do not add more water unless required.
- Mussels onion pakoda is ready .serve it with a hot tea.
