Instructions Make maida (plain flour) into a fine paste by mixing water, get a watery consistency. Beat the eggs and add it to maida. Add salt to taste. Pour this mix on a nonstick pan on a medium flame. Cook on both sides. Mix the grated coconut with sugar or jaggery. Keep this mix inside the dosa and roll it into a wrap. :- Serve hot!!!
