  • Beat egg, sugar, baking powder and cardamom together.
  • Heat ghee in a deep non-stick vessel and roast raisins and cashewnut in it. Take it out.
  • Add more ghee if required and pour the egg mixture to the vessel.
  • Cook covered for 10-15 minutes in low flame.
  • In between sprinkle the raisins and cashewnut.
  • Take it from flame and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • Unmould to a serving plate and serve it sliced as tea time snack or while breaking fast.
